The board of directors meet regularly to conduct the business of the association. Some of the duties include:

  • Keeping a complete record of all its acts and corporate affairs to present at the annual meeting.
  • Seeing that the officers and the companies hired perform their duties.
  • Determining how the yearly assessment is spent.
  • Keeping full and correct books of account.
