The Annual Meeting of Fairhills of Canterfield Homeowners Association is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Development & Fire Department located at 100 Carrington Drive, West Dundee, IL.
- The main purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) members of the Board of Directors and to conduct other business as may come before the Membership, including the approval of the 2023 Proposed Budget.
- Casting your vote for election of the Board of Directors is one of the most important responsibilities of owners to their association. All homeowners are urged to attend this important meeting. It is imperative a quorum be established at this meeting either in person or by proxy.
- Please plan to attend this very important meeting and the opportunity to find out what is going on in your neighborhood, ask questions to the board and other invited members of our community.
If you cannot attend the meeting, a proxy/ballot with instructions is available. You can return the proxy to Preferred Management, or give it to a neighbor or Board Member that will be attending this meeting.
