Each homeowner is automatically a member of the FairHills Homeowners Association. The association is a Not-For-Profit Corporation and the legal representative for all matters of common interest. It handles administration, maintenance, repair and replacement of the

  • Landscape Easements
  • Detention Facilities,
  • Private Trail Easements,
  • Off Site Trail Easement,
  • Conservancy Easements,
  • Sign Easements and
  • Cul-de-sac islands.

Together these areas are referred to as the common areas. Members have the right to cast 1 vote per lot. Voting rights can be suspended because an owner failed to pay his or her association assessment.
Every homeowner received a copy of covenants and restrictions for the association when you purchased your home. The information above does not replace or supersede information contained in those documents. Refer to the Covenants for complete and detailed information.
