To the members of the Fairhills of Canterfield Homeowners Association:
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Fairhills of Canterfield Homeowners Association is called and will be held at the Community Development & Fire Department located at 100 Carrington Drive, West Dundee, IL, on March 4, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
Casting your vote for election of the Board of Directors is one of the most important responsibilities of owners to their association. All homeowners are urged to attend this important meeting. It is imperative a quorum be established at this meeting either in person or by proxy.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) members of the Board of Directors and to conduct other business as may come before the Membership, including the approval of the 2014 Proposed Budget.
If you are interested in running for a Board position and want to be listed on the ballot, we have enclosed a nomination application, which must be completed and returned to management’s office by February 18, 2014 to:

If you cannot attend the meeting, a proxy/ballot with instruction will follow with the mailing on February 19, 2014. You can return this to CARE Property Management, Inc., or give it to a neighbor or Board Member that will be attending this meeting.
