Enclosed is your coupon for the 2014 Annual Assessment. Please note that this $250.00 assessment reflects NO increase from 2013.
The coupon states this Annual Assessment is due February 1st, 2014 however payment can be made in two (2) installments, and is late after March 31, 2014. Payments received after the March 31, 2014 deadline will be charged accrued interest. For your convenience we have enclosed two (2) payment envelopes.
All payments must indicate your account number located on the coupon or your property address. If you do not provide this information we may not be able to properly apply your payment to your account.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 4, 2014. The location is:
