We have made special arrangements with Barreca Blacktop Sealcoating, Inc (Barrington, IL) to provide group discounts for sealcoating driveways within the Fairhills community.
The rules are that one homeowner must act as the spokesman and get at least 2 additional owners to schedule to have their driveways done at the same time. The spokesman is to contact Barreca (Megan) at (847) 970-5900 and mention that they live in the Fairhills community and that they want the $65 price agreed to with our Board of Directors (Tom Wolfe).
Our intent is to not sponsor one company over another but to provide information on companies used by some of your neighbors.
If any of you have different sources that have provided good prices, please let us know and we will publish their names as well.
